Pothos

(Devil’s Ivy, Scindapsus)

This delightful trailing plant from the forests of Asia can be used in a hanging basket or trained to climb a moss or fibre pole. They come in a wide range of leaf colouring from creamy yellow to green and silver. They are one of the top 10 air purifying plants.

Placement 

Place in bright, filtered light to keep their colouring, they can tolerate low light - (however leaf colouring may fade). Prefers morning sun over hot afternoon sun.

Watering 

Allow the soil to dry out between watering, then water well. Water less if situated in low light. Do not over water constantly as roots will rot.

Fertiliser 

Feed fortnightly in the growing season (Oct-April) with a half strength solution of liquid ican Fast Food.

Potting 

Repot into a larger pot every 2-3 years during spring
