String of Pearls

(Senecio Rowleyanus)

A very easy care, delicate, cascading succulent that is a real treasure to have in your home.

Placement

Bright, filtered indoor light. On, or near a sunny windowsill but not touching the glass. You can grow it outside in filtered, bright light in a frost free area.

Watering

As with any succulent, they do not like to be overwatered. Water about every 7-10 days in the summer and 14-21 days during winter. Let it dry out completely between watering.

Fertiliser

Not needed very often, fertilise at the beginning of summer and again at the end of summer. Use 1/2 strength liquid ican Fast Food.

Potting

Do not over pot (put in a pot too large). Use succulent/cactus mix when potting as it must have good drainage.
